Bronwyn Taylor

Bronwyn's background is in teaching but one of her lifelong favourite hobbies has been Art in one form or another.   She is now retired and has always been interested in learning about painting - attending various courses, night schools, Gallery 3, Richard Attenborough Centre and Wellington Street courses and has been inspired by the talented and generous people who have taught her different media and styles of painting.

Bronwyn has used watercolour, pastels and acrylic mediums for some time and been interested latterly in mixed media work.  In the past she worked on sculpture using cement fondu.

The newest adventure is in oils when she was entranced by their silkiness on a recent day course.   "There is a lot to learn though but much to enjoy in the friendships, support and interest in the world of art."
