Beryl Touchard
Beryl Touchard’s paintings begin with Plein Air Sketches and paintings of observations made in landscape site-specific locations. Her work evolves from a long term interest with our natural world; experiencing at first hand the seasonal changes, attempting to capture the dynamism, beauty and effects of light reflecting on surfaces of land and water. The process and material’s which are used in response to the immediacy of the moment are mainly watercolour. Beryl has been a member of the AIPS (Artists in Public Service) since 2012, and will be participating in their annual exhibition in October 2016.
