Alison Conway Cerinthe 2021 Watercolour and wax resist Not for sale I have always been interested in painting and sketching although it has always remained a hobby, and it very much took a back seat in my thirties and until I retired four years ago. I have since picked up the hobby again and concentrate on watercolour. I was fascinated by this garden plant, with its glaucous leaf colour and deep purple flowers and have done quite a few versions of it. |
