Meet at 10.00am near the location It is an informal day out and a chance to meet club members and guests, pick up some tips and enjoy some sketching. It is not an ‘organised formal trip’ so self-sufficiency with water, food etc is necessary.
Frog Island is located in the northwest of inner-city Leicester, and is so named because it lies between the River Soar and the Grand Union Canal. Frog Island was home to many prominent factories. There is no official booking system and you are welcome to just turn up on the day. There is a list to put your name down for each sketch day at monthly meetings so you can see who is coming.
