LEICESTER SKETCH CLUB ANNUAL ART EXHIBITION 2013
President: Suzanne Harry The 2013 Summer Exhibition was held at Leicester High School for Girls, London Road, Leicester from 7th - 12th July. The show was publicised with new posters and invitation cards and a wonderful interview with President Suzanne Harry on BBC Radio Leicester by Ben Jackson. There were 97 exhibited, framed works, along with browser and artists cards. The launch was held on 6th July and prizes were awarded by Leslie Goodwin, as follows: Emma Fitzpatrick, Bryan Ward Bob Morley, Chris and Roy Holyland Scott Bridgwood, West End Galleries Ralph Dalzell, Leicester Society of Arts Barbara Hatton, Leicester Sketch Club Roger Truseler, Most Popular Painting for 'Light on Jasmine', On the Edge Congratulations to all! |
