DMU at 150 Talk: ‘Art in Design: work by Leicester Sketch Club’ Emma Fitzpatrick Wednesday 19th February 2020 7pm – 8pm Trinity Chapel, DMU The Newarke, LE2 7BY A talk by Emma Fitzpatrick describing the early history of Leicester Sketch Club, which had strong connections to the Leicester School of Art (predecessor to DMU) and the design industry. Part of DMU 150th Anniversary events. A small exhibition of work by Leicester Sketch Club members is on at Trinity House Gallery, The Newarke, until April 30th.
